Meet Brian & Kris Egan, Owners
Owners Brian and Kris Egan are proud members of the Corvallis community. They participate in the Corvallis Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Corvallis Association, Kiwanis Club of Corvallis, Community Outreach, Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services, Inc., Madison Avenue Task Force, Corvallis Arts Center and many other community projects and organizations. Brian has been nominated twice for the Corvallis First Citizen Award, and was selected Kiwanian of the Year in 1997. |

Meet Our Staff Once construction is underway, Project Manager Todd Rowland manages job site activities and addresses the needs and concerns of clients. Todd enjoys the creative aspects of his job and has worked with Brian since 1992. |

Project Manager John Long has worked with us since 1995; however, he's worked with wood all his life. Like his grandfather and uncles before him, John brings the skills of an artisan to the craft of woodworking as he continues a family tradition. |

A true "jack of all trades," Project Manager Steve Arnould's 30 years of experience ranges from heavy equipment operator to foreman of a cabinet shop. An avid outdoorsman, he spends his free time fishing, hunting and camping. Steve brings a special sense of humor to our jobsites. |
| Pynne Luebbert, AKBD, our Associate Designer, is an OSU honors graduate with a degree in Interior Design. She has completed volunteer design projects for the Corvallis Housing Division and Corvallis Neighborhood Housing Services. She also volunteers time in her children's schools and athletic programs. |  |

Leita Grant brings years of experience in customer service and general admistration to her job as Office Manager at CCKB. A long-time master gardener, Leita has been an active volunteer in schools and community groups, and served as an ESL tutor for a language center in Portland. She describes her two sons as "outstanding athletes." Her older son, Matthew, is currently a student at OSU, and Kenny attends Crescent Valley High School. |
