Sustainability

A staff meeting discussion in 1998 led to a company policy on recycling and re-use of leftover and used building materials. Our conscientious employees were concerned about the amount of materials we were sending to the landfill so together we crafted a policy to reduce our effects on the environment.

Conscientiously renovating existing homes to promote sustainability.

Energy Trust of Oregon logoAs a result of our efforts we were presented the 1999 Resource Efficiency Award by the Corvallis Area Chamber of Commerce and Benton County.
In a recent effort to promote sustainability we hosted the first “GreenHome Corvallis” event, a sustainable building materials and resources fair. We challenged our vendors and subcontractors to “Go Green” and they responded with not only new products but also documentation of what makes their products Green.

What Our Customers are Saying:

“Our remodelled bathroom is very pleasing to the eye and easy to maintain. I am only sorry we didn’t do this years ago! We especially like the increased daylight from the skylight.”
