In addition to the normal requirements for licensing, insurance and bonding, our written subcontractor guidelines include sections on jobsite cleanliness, on-site materials storage, recycling, radio volume and no smoking. Most of all, these tradespeople are expected to show the utmost respect to you, our customer. We have long-term relationships with our subcontractors leading to further scheduling efficiencies; they respect Brian’s scheduling expertise and work with our project managers to complete your project on time.

Barry Mattes of M & W Electric has been our electrician of choice for over 15 years. As a residential remodeling specialist Barry finds the most efficient ways to snake wiring through your house for outlets, switches and lighting.

Since we started business in 1992 Judson’s has been our provider of plumbing expertise. With a well trained staff of plumbers they have always been able to meet our sometimes demanding schedules. You always know Judson’s is on site when you see their bright yellow trucks!
