Where Do I Start?
 

We offer expert design services in addition to construction, giving you the ease of "one-stop shopping." We can guide your project from concept to completion.

We conduct seminars in our showroom to help you understand the remodeling process, see what materials are available, and offer helpful advice. Brian &
Pynne teach these seminars 3 times each year: January, March, & October. Please contact us for more information, or to register.

Throughout the process, we’re there for you every step of the way. Our experience and assistance will help you make decisions more confidently and comfortably.

We’ll handle the details and can coordinate the entire project, including design, layout, planning, specifications, permits, and scheduling.

Depending on the complexity of your remodeling project, it will take 3 to 6 months to complete. Plan on calling us 6 months before you want your project completed.

The remodeling process involves 5 steps:

  1. Call us (541-758-6141) to schedule an appointment. Brian or Pynne will visit your home to discuss your needs and ideas, and assess your project and budget.
  2. Meet Brian and Pynne at our Corvallis showroom to review sample floor plans. After you select a design, Pynne finalizes the drawings.
  3. Approve the final plans, which include specifications and a cost estimate. Initiate a construction contract.
  4. Select the brands and styles of products (counters, fixtures, flooring, and so on) for your project.
  5. Construction begins.
