Caleb Hard

Lead Carpenter

Caleb has construction built right into his genetic code. He waddled onto his first family roofing job at the tender age of five (Somewhere, an OSHA inspector's head just exploded). From there, he continued to accumulate valuable experience ranging from concrete and siding to niche disciplines such as wood stove installation and steel building construction. He can frame in his sleep and is the go-to guy when it comes to drywall installation and repair.

As a ten-year-old, Caleb discovered his athletic ability when he threw a rock at a hornet's nest. In a fit of adrenaline-fueled enthusiasm, he ran. He ran so fast that he was the only youngster in his group who wasn’t stung. Later in life, his athletic ability served him well in Afghanistan and Iraq as an Army Ranger. The five years he spent serving our country provided valuable leadership experience as well as more jumps from a C130 airplane than he can remember.

Don't let the manly track record, construction know-how or heavy machinery fool you. Caleb truly has a heart of gold. He is a licensed EMT and has traveled to Scotland, Barbados, and Jamaica. At home, Caleb and his wife are raising a family on their budding 20-acre farm, complete with lamas, chickens, and cows. When he is not chasing children or chickens, Caleb still finds a little time for hunting and fishing. Our clients appreciate his kind demeanor and humor as well as his obvious expertise as a builder. Caleb particularly enjoys framing and gets job satisfaction from seeing something take shape in front of him. Caleb was truly born to build great things.
